pkpo Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related pkpo policies unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

To access the full range of pkpo services — including deposits, game play, and withdrawals — you must create a registered pkpo account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing eligibility.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pkpo account credentials, including your username and password. pkpo will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or live chat. You must notify pkpo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

pkpo accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials or has shared their credentials with a third party.

All financial transactions on pkpo — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). pkpo does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.

pkpo offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players from time to time. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards are subject to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause and any specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion's individual terms.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players whose accounts are in good standing and who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. pkpo reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific Player segments or geographic regions.
• One bonus per Player: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus of each type may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible games: Not all games on pkpo contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all unless expressly stated.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically. Validity periods are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Abuse: pkpo reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and close the relevant account if bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-variance wagering solely to clear requirements, or multi-accounting — is detected.
• Withdrawal before wagering completion: Requesting a withdrawal while bonus funds remain active and subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement will result in the automatic forfeiture of those bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Modification and cancellation: pkpo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes correcting errors in promotional communications that may have resulted in incorrect bonus amounts being displayed or credited.

By using the pkpo platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances.

All content on the pkpo platform — including but not limited to the pkpo brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, databases, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkpo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkpo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pkpo content without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on pkpo's software or platform design.
• Use any pkpo trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner not explicitly authorised in writing by pkpo.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the pkpo platform using automated tools.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any part of the pkpo platform on any third-party website or application.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — is the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to pkpo for display on the platform. All associated rights remain with the respective rights holder.

Any unauthorised use of pkpo's intellectual property may result in immediate account closure, civil legal action, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkpo's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their pkpo account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkpo shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss, even if pkpo has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the pkpo platform due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party service outages, or events beyond pkpo's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on any information displayed on the pkpo platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to safeguard their credentials.
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

pkpo makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously or free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable and are measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

pkpo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Confirmed underage access.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login activity for 12 consecutive months or more).
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction relating to the account.

Voluntary closure: Players who wish to close their pkpo account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 BST business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Inactive account fee: Accounts that have remained inactive for 12 consecutive months with a positive balance may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of ৳50, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. pkpo will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy fee.

Closure for breach: Where pkpo closes an account due to confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or fraud — pkpo reserves the right to retain the entire account balance as a set-off against damages, costs, and losses incurred by pkpo as a result of the breach. Remaining funds, if any, may be withheld pending the outcome of any internal investigation or legal proceedings.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of pkpo's operating entity, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Dispute resolution process: In the event of any dispute between a Player and pkpo, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pkpo's support team at [email protected]. pkpo will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 BST business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 BST business days.

Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter through the appropriate legal channels available in the applicable jurisdiction. pkpo accepts no obligation to participate in third-party alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes unless required to do so by applicable law.

Limitation period: Any claim or cause of action by a Player against pkpo must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which the Player knew or ought reasonably to have known of the facts giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside this limitation period will be time-barred and pkpo shall have no liability in respect of them.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms & Conditions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with pkpo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between pkpo and the Player with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.
