Self-Exclusion

Self-Exclusion Programme

pkpo's self-exclusion programme allows you to voluntarily block access to your account for a chosen period of time. Self-exclusion is a serious commitment and is one of the most effective tools available to players who feel their gambling is no longer within their control.

When a self-exclusion is active on your pkpo account, the following restrictions apply immediately:

  • You cannot log in to your account for the duration of the exclusion period.
  • All pending deposit requests initiated before exclusion will be cancelled and refunded.

How Limit Changes Work

Reducing your limit: Any request to decrease your existing deposit limit takes effect immediately. This ensures that if you decide to restrict your spending, the protection is in place right away without any delay.

Increasing your limit: Any request to increase your deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before it takes effect. This delay is intentional — it gives you time to reconsider the decision if it was made impulsively.

Deposit limits apply to funds added via all payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The combined total of all deposits across all payment methods counts toward your limit. Limits are calculated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka ৳).

Time-Out & Cooling-Off

The Time-Out feature on pkpo allows you to take a short break from the platform without committing to a full self-exclusion.
